Open it with our agent there. Check the face, the strap, that it is running. Pay only when you are satisfied.
Before you order
Ask us for the exact rating before you order, and we will confirm it from the carton. Most watches in this class are splash resistant — fine for rain, handwashing and sweat, not for swimming or diving. We would rather tell you that now than have you send it back later.
It is sold as a POEDAGAR watch and comes as supplied to us. You inspect it with our agent before paying, so nothing about it is a surprise after money changes hands.
Any watch stall or repair kiosk can change a quartz battery in a few minutes for very little. It is not a specialist job.
The silicone strap adjusts across the usual range of adult wrist sizes. If you have a particularly slim or large wrist, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm the strap length.
Wine, black and white. You tell us which one on the confirmation call. If a colour has just run out we will say so on that call before dispatching anything.
Yes. Both are included with every watch at no extra cost, and you will see them in the package when you inspect it before paying. If either is missing, do not accept the delivery.
Yes. Tell us the combination on the confirmation call. The two-watch and three-watch prices are the same whichever colours you choose.
No. Our agent brings it to you, you inspect it, and you pay then. Cash or transfer.
Do not accept it. That is the whole point of inspecting first — the agent takes it back and you have paid nothing.
