FOR ECOM BUSINESSES RUNNING PAID ADS
I build Nigerian businesses their own complete CRM — the machine that takes the order, confirms the customer by SMS, assigns your sales rep, chases the ones who never finished, follows up after delivery, calculates and pays your resellers’ payout, tracks every naira of ad spend against real delivered revenue, keeps your books, and emails you the whole story at 7:00 AM.
Your brand. Your domain. Your data. Live in 14-30 days.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY RUNNING RIGHT NOW
Not features on a list. Processes that run whether or not anybody opens the app.
AUTOMATION ROBOTS
STATES OF STOCK CONTROL
DAYS TO GO LIVE
RUNNING WHILE YOU SLEEP
Every growing Nigerian business hits the same wall. It is never for lack of hard work — it is because the business is being run on WhatsApp chats, notebooks and memory.
🛒
A customer orders at 11 PM. Nobody sees the message until noon. By then they have bought from your competitor.
📞
Nobody remembers who to call back on day 21. The repeat sale — your cheapest sale — never happens.
💰
Money in, money out, and at month end nobody can say whether every ₦1,000 of ads returned ₦3,000 or ₦600.
📦
Delivery agents in five states hold your goods. You find out what is missing when a customer is disappointed.
🤝
Commission disputes by WhatsApp screenshot. Trust leaks, and your good resellers walk away.
🤯
Nothing moves unless you push it. The business cannot grow past the size of your own memory.
WATCH THE 70-SECOND DEMO
Operon is not another app you must remember to open. It is a set of robots living inside your business, working while you sleep.
Every screen below is the real system, running a real Nigerian business today.
PHASE 1 · THE ORDER
Your funnel form now loads by direct REST call before the heavy SDK even starts — so it appears while a slow Nigerian connection is still waking up. Offline queue, automatic retries and a WhatsApp fallback mean an order is never lost. Nobody types anything. Nothing is copied from WhatsApp.
PHASE 2 · CONFIRMATION
SMS on the approved DND route reaches every Nigerian network, even do-not-disturb lines. A branded invoice hits their inbox, your team gets an instant alert on their phone, and the app chimes — all before anyone picks up a phone.
PHASE 3 · AFTER DELIVERY
The journey robot follows every delivered customer without being told. Day 3 an experience check that quietly harvests testimonials. Day 21 the repurchase reminder, timed to when their supply runs out. Day 30 your next product.
PHASE 4 · RESELLERS
Every reseller gets a personal selling link, and every order is tagged to them automatically through the link itself. Commission is calculated the moment an order is delivered, with an approval gate so nobody is ever paid on a fake delivery. You set true product cost in a cost-sheet editor, so margin is never guessed.
PHASE 5 · AD SPEND
This is the department most Nigerian ecom businesses are missing. Two-layer attribution ties each campaign to the orders it produced — and then to the orders that were actually delivered and paid for. Meta will tell you it made a sale. This tells you whether the money arrived.
PHASE 6 · LOGISTICS
Goods move to agents across the country and the system keeps count. Daily waybill summaries, per-agent balances and per-product opening stock mean you always know what each agent is holding and what they owe.
PHASE 7 · THE BOOKS
Profit & Loss, cash flow, break-even and the return on every naira of ad spend. Suppliers, purchase debts, one-click payroll and a fixed-asset register — all fed by the same orders your funnel is taking.
PHASE 8 · YOUR MORNING
At 7:00 AM your business report is in your inbox: yesterday’s orders and sales, deliveries, pipeline, best sellers and low-stock alerts. At 7:30 AM your accountant gets the finance briefing. Nobody to ask. Nothing to open.
THE PART NOBODY ELSE BUILDS
Most developers hand you a funnel and walk away. If the form quietly fails on a customer’s phone at 11 PM, nobody ever finds out — you just see fewer orders and blame the ads.
Operon has a Form Health dashboard. The order form reports its own breakages from inside the customer’s browser: what failed, on which network, in which in-app browser, and how long they waited before giving up.
A REAL WEEK, ON A REAL BUSINESS
Thirty-six customers a day were reaching a form that never appeared. Because the system reports its own failures, the cause was found and fixed in two days. Without that dashboard it would still be happening, invisibly, on someone’s ad budget.

I am not writing this software from nothing. The system already exists and already runs a real business every day — it is installed for you as a proven build kit. That is why the timeline is measured in days, not months.
DAYS 1–2
We map your products, packages, prices, staff and delivery flow. Your accounts are opened in your name.
DAYS 3–5
Your logo, colours and domain go live with a security certificate. Products loaded.
DAYS 6–9
Orders, invoices, alerts, SMS, abandoned-form rescue and the journey engine, all tested.
DAYS 10–12
Resellers, commissions, ad attribution, waybills, accounting and multi-state stock configured to your structure.
DAYS 13–14
Live training, a plain-language guide, and a final end-to-end test of a real order.
Your branded SMS sender name must be approved by the Nigerian telecom networks. That approval is theirs to give, not mine, and it usually takes 5–10 working days. I apply for it on day one so it runs in the background — everything else goes live on schedule, and SMS switches on the moment approval lands.
WHY ME, NOT A SOFTWARE COMPANY
Every feature in Operon exists because a real Nigerian business day demanded it. The REST-first form loader exists because customers were staring at a blank box for thirty seconds. The Form Health dashboard exists because I could not tell whether a slow form was slow or dead. The unreachable-customer robot exists because customers do not pick calls. The commission approval gate exists because dropshipper fraud is real. The Media Buyer Desk exists because Meta kept reporting sales that never turned into delivered cash.
Telecom compliance and DND sender approval, Meta ad policy, WhatsApp Business API verification, pay-on-delivery reality, reseller fraud — I have already survived the problems you are about to meet.

14 days for the standard build, 30 days for the full Enterprise system, counted from the day your deposit lands. The only part outside my control is the telecom approval for your branded SMS name, which takes 5–10 working days and runs in the background while everything else goes live.
Your data sits in Google’s Firebase, under an account opened in your own name, with bot protection, invitation-only staff access and role-based permissions so each staff member sees only what they should. It is not on my laptop and not on a shared server.
You will know, and so will I. The form reports its own failures to a Form Health dashboard — what failed, on which network, in which browser, and how long the customer waited. Most developers cannot tell you this at all.
Yes. The Media Buyer Desk uses two-layer attribution: orders created by a campaign, and then orders from that campaign that were actually delivered and paid for. That second number is the one that matters and the one Meta will never show you.
The system is built to grow. New departments are added to the same system — nothing is rebuilt from scratch, and you are always quoted before any work starts. You pay for extra work.
No. If your staff can use WhatsApp, they can use this CRM. Live training and a written guide in plain language are included, plus 30 days of free support after handover.
Your domain name, your Firebase usage as your order volume grows, your SMS credits, and your own advertising spend. These are paid directly by you to the providers, in your own accounts, so you are never locked to me.
Yes. The accounts, the domain, the data and the system are all yours. If you ever want to walk away, you walk away with the whole machine and I hand it over properly.
Not slides. Not screenshots. I will open the real machine, place a real order in front of you, and you will watch the confirmation reach the phone in your hand.

Sixteen robots. One system. Yours — live in 14-30 days.
